Caravan of homes in the 92064 area.

 

“New Listings” entered in the MLS or homes that have been previously toured, but have had a significant price reduction (5% or more).

 

Pitch Session: Friday mornings from 8:30 am until 9:30 am

 

Location: Poway Community Park Auditorium, 13094 Civic Center Drive, Poway, California, 92064

 

Home Tours: 9:30 am – 12 pm. (Homes must be held open until 12pm)

 

To Submit: Click on the link below, print and fill out the attached PDF and FAX to 858.679.0976 by 12 pm on Wednesday before the Friday Caravan.Then you must be at the auditorium at 8:30 am Friday to “pitch” your property. Then the property must be held open until 12 pm.

 

The Fee to pitch your property is $15.00, due at the front desk prior to the meeting. The fee is waived for members of P.R.E.P.

 

Membership is $50.00 per year ($25 after October 1st)
