How to enter a Home in the Tempo MLS System for :
Caravan /Tour /Open House in

In Tempo, click on Add/Edit Listings icon on the top of Tempo5

• Enter the MLS Number in Find A Listing By MLS# field and click the green arrow
• Click on Open House in the left hand side
• Click on Add An Open House - Use Tour #64
• Enter all Red fields and any others that you want
• Click Submit to save the Open House
• Deadline- for Open House Tour #64 is Wednesday at "Noon"

   WHEN: Friday
        8:15 am – 8:45 am = Networking
        8:45 am – 9:30 am = A Licensed Rep "must" attend and pitch the property
        9:30 am – 12:00 pm = Tour 

   COST:  
        $15 pitch fee for non-members 
        $5 for guests, no pitch 
        Yearly PREP (Poway Real Estate Professionals) Membership $50 

   WHERE: St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church 
                   16275 Pomerado Road 
                   Poway, CA 92064 
    (Park ONLY along lower lot or on Pomerado Road. Be mindful of preschool.) 

   Caravan Rules:
    1. All properties must be pitched at the meeting or they will be scratched. 
    2. Home must be held open by a licensed agent or their assistant.
    3. Homes must be open from 9:30 or after the meeting until Noon.
