Welcome to the Poway Real Estate Professionals
website. PREP was established to provide Real Estate Professionals
through out the county, one of the most efficient and effective methods
to represent and market properties in Poway. The board’s agenda
has always been to be one of the best networking groups in the county
by providing an innovative power-point presentation and informative
pitch session. The PREP meeting is a great way to meet with brokers,
agents and affiliates. It is the ideal opportunity to talk about your
listings, point out any special features and discuss your buyer’s
wants and needs. It provides realtors and members an organized way
to preview new listings on the market so they may better serve the
needs and interests of their buyers and sellers.
Our individual membership dues are $50.00 per
year and for non-members it is $15.00 per pitch session. Some of the
areas your dues dollars go to are rental of the meeting room, flow
sheet, website administration, printing, scholarships & donations
to the local schools and the annual installation event.
We rely on the assistance from volunteer affiliates
to make this group work. Contact me or any of the board members to
