​Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Katie moved to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego, where she graduated in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and French. It was during her time in San Diego that she met her husband, Scott, a San Diego native, and knew she’d found her forever home.

After spending 15 years in the banking industry, Katie made the exciting leap into real estate, where her passion for helping people find the perfect home or real estate solution truly shines. She brings a blend of expertise, empathy, and dedication to each transaction, ensuring her clients’ experiences are as seamless and fulfilling as possible.

Katie and Scott are proud parents to an energetic 11-year-old son who keeps them on their toes with his love of baseball, flag football, golf, and biking. Last year, the family took on the challenge of the Ride Across California, a 260-mile bike ride from the Colorado River to Mission Bay, showcasing their commitment to adventure and teamwork.

When she’s not working or cheering on her son, Katie enjoys traveling, reading, and indulging in good food. Whether exploring new destinations or discovering local culinary delights, she’s always looking for the next great experience.
