Born in Alamosa Colorado, and raised in Santa Barbara California. Jeff studied Accounting at California State University Northridge where he played collegiate golf. in 1986 he graduated from UCSD with a BA degree in Public Administration. Licensed as a Real Estate agent since 1989.

Over his career, Jeff has gained extensive experience with home remodeling and building with his own investments and projects. After loosing his home in the 2007 San Diego wildfires, Jeff shared his knowledge and expertise with his neighbors and feels fortunate to have gone through the entire insurance, design, planning, contracting and building process.

Jeff has been married to Monique for over 25 years and has two sons, Braden and Tanner. He remains active in community services, enjoys traveling and entertaining.
